The assembly process may seem simple, but the technical points are very complex, requiring years of technical accumulation and continuous exploration and improvement. We assemble the processed components such as lenses, spacers, and pressure rings in order and achieve optical performance.

The air gap needs to achieve an accuracy of several micrometers to a trace, with a maximum accuracy of 1 micrometer; Eccentricity is also a necessary consideration in the assembly of diffraction limit lenses. Simply inserting lenses and spacers is far from enough. Our lens eccentricity can reach 1 micron or 10 '.

During the assembly process, secondary design is often carried out to compensate for the accumulated assembly errors of the entire system.

The purpose of coating the surface of optical components is to reduce or increase the requirements for light separation, reflection, optical separation, filtering, cutoff, signal-to-noise ratio, etc. If designed and manufactured properly, these coatings can significantly alter the reflection and transmission characteristics of optical components.
